The Governor-General’s Youth Award Programme,

extends an invitation to The Award in Bermuda

to be a part of the Bahamas Award Scheme Expedition (B.A.S.E.).  The Adventurous Journey will begin June 26th, and will conclude July 8th, 2010. 

The cost is $US200.00

The expedition involves travelling to Long Island, Bahamas

and will provide the following benefits:

 Experience adventure & discovery on a different Bahamian Family Island.

Create an opportunity for Participants from different islands to share skills & experiences.

Encourage Young People to be disciplined, responsible & use their initiative to be resourceful.

To give them the opportunities to receive training in the Adventurous Journey section & meet the requirements for that section.

Opportunities for achievement and fulfilment in challenging situations. 

An opportunity for the Gold Participants to complete the Gold Residential Project
